He holds B.Sc in Chemistry from UC Berkeley, USA in 1992 and his MBA is in
progress at Lagos Business School. He worked with Superbru Limited, a brewery
within the IBRU organization for a year, and two years with Oceanic Bank
International Nigeria Limited before having one year stint with the Chairman of
Ibru Organisation. He joined Ibafon Oil Limited from its inception.
2] Mr. Ignatius V. Edema

He holds B. Sc in Agriculture in 1971 from the prestigious University Of Ibadan.
He acquired 23 years farm (arable & livestock) working experience in Operations
and Administration at Management level before joining Ibafon Oil from inception.
He is an Executive Director of the company.

He holds the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Transport Studies obtained in 1983
from the College of Technology Owerri, Imo State. He also has a Post Graduate
Diploma (PGD) as well as finished a master’s degree (M.Sc.) program in Transport
Planning in 2005 and 2008 respectively from the Lagos State University.
He has 22 years cognate experience in Aviation business and Oil & Gas operations
having worked with Mobil Oil Nig. Plc, the then Unipetrol Nig. plc as Aviation
Manager and finally as the head of the Aviation business of Oando Plc as
National Aviation Development
Manager, before his voluntary resignation from the company in 2007. He joined
Ibafon Oil Limited in December 2010.
4] Isaac Babalola
Deputy General Manager (Finance)

He graduated from York University, Toronto and University of Windsor, Windsor
both in Canada. He is an associate member Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Nigeria. He has cognate experience of over twenty years having worked with The
Industrial Training Fund, Arthur Young (Chartered Accountants), Nigerian
National Petroleum Corporation and Bank of Industry.
5] Mr. Stephen Olajide Taiwo

He obtained his National Diploma (Business Administration) in 1976 and B.Comm
(Marketing) in 1978 from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He has 20 years
working experience in Pipeline & Products Marketing Company (PPMC), a subsidiary
of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and retired as Depot Manager.
He was Executive Director of Depot & Petroleum Products Marketers Association (DAPPMA)
for two years before joining the company.
6] Victor O. Onyiriuka

He bagged M. Sc. in Industrial Psychology in 1988 and has 17 years working
experience at management level in Unipetrol and SCOA. He has also handled
Contracts in Human Resources for Warri Refinery & Petrochemical, Bonny LNG and
Shell Petroleum.

He graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University),
Ago – Iwoye, Ogun State where he bagged B.Sc. (Accountancy) in 2000. He is a
member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Oracle Certified
database Professional and a Certified Forensic Accountant. He had worked with
Century Energy Services Limited, Tee One Ventures Ltd, and Reckitt Benckiser
Nig. Ltd, etc. He has over 12 years working experience before joining Ibafon Oil
in September 2012.
